What are your shipping costs?

Charges will be:

UK Mainland (except IV41-51 & IV55-56)

  • Orders under £375 - shipping charged at cost (varies by postcode)

  • Orders £375 - £650 - £25/pallet + £30 surcharge to some postcodes*

  • Orders £650 and above - free shipping + £30 surcharge to some postcodes*

  • All orders over £1000 no shipping costs

*Postcodes starting AB, DD, FK20-21, G83-84, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH, TD, TR17-20. TR26, & IV (except IV41-51 & IV55-56) will incur a delivery surcharge of £30 for orders up to £1000

Northern & Southern Ireland & IV41-51 & IV55-56

  • Orders under £1000 - shipping charged at cost; £100/pallet

  • Orders £1000 and above - free shipping

 

UK Islands

  • Shipping charges to mainland port as per UK mainland - onward shipping at customer's own cost.

 

Other charges

  • £25 per redelivery (where unable to deliver)

  • £15 to handball

 

Please remember you are always welcome to collect stock in person if practical, or send your own courier to collect should you prefer (packing charge may apply).

How do I sign up for a trade account?

Using the "SHOP" link on the menu will take you to a login page. 

  • On this page you'll see "New to this site? Sign Up". Click Sign Up to register. 
    PLEASE NOTE - even though you may already be a customer of Jarapa, you will need to "sign up" to use this website the first time.

  • Please enter all your details into the registration form and Submit.

  • We will review your details to ensure you are a trade account and we do not sell to other shops in your area.

  • If we are unsure about anything we will contact you to confirm your details or the products you are interested in.

  • Once your account is approved you will receive an email to confirm.

  • If you have any issues with this process please call or email us with your details and we will support you through the process.

 

How do I place an online order?

  • Once you are logged in, select "SHOP" from the menu

  • You should now see our full catalogue with prices.

  • Add items to cart in full case quantities (case quantities are shown for each item in the Case Quantity field) eg if 6 items per case order 6, 12, 18 etc.

  • Once you have completed your order click the basket and Checkout.

  • Follow the steps shown

  • We will NOT ask for payment.

  • Once we receive your order we will check we have all the stock, confirm the order and request payment offline.
    PLEASE NOTE - not everything on our website will be available for immediate despatch - some of our customers order months in advance so we leave all stock items active on the site.

Can your glass products be used for candle making?

  • In theory yes, however, we do not supply any certificates for glassware as far as candle making is concerned, so it is your responsibility to carry out adequate testing of any items to ensure they meet requirements under UK law. Please refer to trading standards for the standards required. We accept no responsibility for any of our glassware used for this purpose.
     

How do I Download Product Shots

If you want to use our product shots to promote our products please do the following:

1. Open the product page for the item

2. Click on the image to view the image in a larger mode

3. Right click on the image

4. Select "Save Image As"

5. Select a file location to save the images in and give the file a name.
