Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply when ordering a rug.
Shipping
We use a 3 day courier service. A £7 postage and packing charge is added to all orders under £95. Postage and packing is free on orders over £95.
Payment
We are happy to accept either debit or credit card payments over the phone, or a cheque.
Terms
Every rug comes with a 3 day no-nonsense satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.
Returns
Rug(s) must be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
We will not accept rugs that are soiled or damaged.
We will not refund the return postage charges.
We recommend that rugs are sent back registered post and carry insurance to the value of the rug.

Trade Descriptions
We have made every effort to ensure photography, descriptions and details are accurate. However, slight differences in colours and textures may occur as all rugs are unique. Please note all measurements are approximate.
Security & Privacy
Your personal details are used for delivery purposes and possible future use by Jarapa for informing our customers of future offers. They will not be made available to a third party at any time.
